Your health deserves
a provider who listens.
Three board-certified physicians. Primary care, urgent care, telehealth, pediatrics, and women's health — all under one roof in Greater Phoenix. Accepting most major insurance.
Medicine the way it
should be practiced.
We opened Northpoint because we were tired of 8-minute appointments and assembly-line care. Every visit here is unhurried — your provider reads your chart before walking in, listens without interrupting, and explains your options in plain English.
Our clinic is modern, clean, and designed to feel more like a consultation than a waiting room. Same-day scheduling, real follow-up calls, and a team that picks up the phone.

What Patients Are Saying
210+ verified Google reviews · 4.9 average
“Dr. Chen remembered everything from my last visit without looking at her notes. She actually listened and explained my options without rushing me. I've been a patient for three years and I'm not going anywhere.”
Patricia M.
Scottsdale, AZ
“I was seen for an urgent care visit within 20 minutes of arriving. Dr. Okafor was thorough, kind, and didn't push unnecessary tests. My son had strep — diagnosed and treated same day. This is what healthcare should feel like.”
Marcus R.
Tempe, AZ
“The telehealth system is genuinely easy to use. Dr. Patel spent 25 minutes with me on video, refilled my prescriptions, and sent the lab orders to my pharmacy before we even hung up. I don't need to drive in for every appointment anymore.”

Common Questions
Do I need a referral to see a specialist?
Depending on your insurance plan, a referral may be required. Our care coordinators will handle the referral paperwork during your visit at no additional charge.
How do I get same-day or next-day appointments?
Call us directly at (555) 834-0270 or submit the intake form on this page. We hold 30% of daily slots for same-day bookings. Telehealth same-day slots are typically available until 4pm.
What if I don't have insurance?
We accept self-pay patients and offer transparent flat-rate pricing for most visit types. We also help uninsured patients apply for AHCCCS (Arizona Medicaid) during their first visit.
Are telehealth visits covered by insurance?
Most major plans we accept cover telehealth at your standard copay or coinsurance rate. We verify your telehealth benefits before your visit so there are no billing surprises.
Do you see pediatric patients?
Yes — Dr. Chen and Dr. Okafor both see pediatric patients from newborn through age 18 for well-child visits, sick visits, vaccines, and sports physicals.
How long does a new patient appointment take?
New patient appointments are typically 45–60 minutes. We complete a full health history, baseline labs if appropriate, and build a care plan before you leave.
